Self-Service Portal
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The platform includes a built-in, cloud-based Self-Service Portal, designed to simplify group management and user access for EasyPSK. The portal provides tools for group administrators to monitor connected devices, manage Pre-Shared Keys (PSK), and invite end-users to specific EasyPSK groups with ease.
Key Features of the Self-Service Portal

Section titled “Group Management”- Pre-Shared Key (PSK) Management: Allows authorized users to update and manage group-level PSKs securely.
- Device Monitoring: Provides real-time visibility into devices connected to EasyPSK.

Access and Login
Section titled “Access and Login”Each tenant has a unique login URL for accessing the Self-Service Portal, with an optional global URL for broader access. The platform supports the following login methods:
- Magic Link Login: A secure email-based login with a magic link (default option).
- SAML 2.0 Federated Login (SSO): Allows Single Sign-On for enterprise environments.
User Roles and Privileges
Section titled “User Roles and Privileges”The platform supports role-based access control, ensuring users receive appropriate permissions. Available roles include:
- User (Default Role):
- View connection details, including the Pre-Shared Key (PSK).
- Group Administrator:
- Update the Pre-Shared Key (PSK).
- Monitor connected devices within the group.
- Add, update, or remove Self-Service users in the group.
Group administrators are empowered to maintain control over group settings while delegating limited permissions to other users.
Self-Service Auto Enrollment
Section titled “Self-Service Auto Enrollment”The platform supports auto-enrollment to streamline user onboarding. When users log in with an email address that matches a pre-configured domain policy, their accounts are automatically created in the portal. These users are assigned a predefined profile based on the organization’s domain policy.
- Default Roles for Auto-Enrolled Users:
- User (Default): Limited to viewing connection details and the PSK.
- Group Administrator: Includes permissions for PSK updates, device monitoring, and user management within the group.
This feature simplifies the onboarding process for end-users while maintaining control over access permissions.
