Platform delivery
Section titled “Platform delivery”Every service runs on a platform delivery license that decides where data is stored, as either Global Cloud or Nordic Sovereign Cloud. The two options, their SKUs and what the sovereign delivery commits to are set out in Licensing.
Module Licensing
Section titled “Module Licensing”Endpoint Manager for ISE is licensed as a module license, tied to a single end-customer instance of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The full feature set is included regardless of the number of endpoints, Endpoint Identity Groups or Self-Service Users managed through the module.

Service and support
Section titled “Service and support”Support is delivered at one of four service levels: Basic, Standard, Premium and Exclusive. Their hours, response times, channels and conditions are set out in Support and Responsibility Allocation. Standard is the minimum for every service other than Sign In Go, for which Basic applies.
