Netgraph Connectivity Platform – Sign In

The Netgraph Connectivity Platform – Sign In is a SaaS solution designed to seamlessly integrate with existing LAN and WLAN networks, including both traditional infrastructures and Cisco Meraki.

To connect the service to the customer network, the platform supports several integration methods, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to various network environments. The topology of each is shown below; follow the links for the full architecture.

A Cisco router (any IOS-XE model) bridges the customer network to the cloud over a FlexVPN tunnel. The captive portal, DHCP, and DNS are served from the cloud, while client internet traffic breaks out locally at the gateway.

One shared gateway serves many customers reached over a Telco MPLS backbone, each isolated in its own VRF with its own cloud instance of Sign In.

Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) acts as the Service Gateway, provisioned through vManage, with local internet breakout at each site.

With Cisco Meraki there is no on-site gateway. MR access points use a splash-page redirect with RADIUS to the cloud.
