Branded Wi-Fi for
retail and venues.

Guest Wi-Fi is the only digital surface every visitor sees, every visit. Sign In treats it as a brand touchpoint — themed per context, gated by the right method, with marketing-ready exports behind it.

Different splash, different policy, different audience — themed per context, delegated per tenant. Visitor Wi-Fi via Sign In, staff and POS via EntryPoint, per-user PSKs via EasyPSK, ISE-group delegation via Endpoint Manager — each on the right method.

Audiences Fans · shoppers · exhibitors · staff

The model

Per-context branding.
Delegated per audience.

A retail chain has many stores. A league has many arenas. A destination operator has many sites. They share infrastructure, not identity. Sign In separates the two: the platform stays out of sight, the splash is theirs. A context per portal — branded its own way, delegated to its own team — all from templates IT defines once.

The captive portal is rarely the only network on the property. The staff laptops, the POS terminals, the back-office kit, the sponsor press box, the broadcast trucks on event night — each gets the right method. EntryPoint runs 802.1X and iPSK for the operational network. Sign In runs the visitor side. EasyPSK runs per-user keys for booths and per-room kits. Endpoint Manager hands day-to-day fleet work to the people closest to the gear.

Where it ships

Every kind of venue.
Branded for the audience it serves.

From a packed league derby to a gas-station forecourt at 2 a.m., from city Wi-Fi on the high street to a culture house, a shopping mall or a campground — every venue branded for its own audience.

01 · Arenas & stadiums

One captive portal. Every arena.

Arena night, every fan on the home team's Wi-Fi.
01 · Arenas & stadiums

One captive portal. Every arena.

50,000 fans on event night, with the home team's brand on the splash.

Match day looks the same from the inside: a packed stadium, fans spinning up phones at the same minute, and a marketing team that wants the splash screen to look like the club, not the operator. Sign In gives the arena Wi-Fi per-context branding. Clubs in the same league share infrastructure without sharing identity. Click-to-Connect carries the bulk of fan traffic, with email-verified policy for season-ticket holders and marketing-ready exports for the club's CRM.

  • Click-to-Connect for the fan stream. One tap, on the arena Wi-Fi, sponsor logo on the splash.
  • Email-verified policy for season tickets and members. Device quota per identity, marketing-ready exports segmented by domain.
  • Per-club branding. Multiple teams in the same league share the operator without sharing identity.
  • Policy-based email login for club staff. The club's email domain (e.g. @club.se) maps to its own access policy on the captive portal. The same identity works on the Self-Service portal for issuing event codes or whitelisting devices.

02 · Concerts & festivals

Time-limited Wi-Fi that scales with the event.

A festival week at a multipurpose arena. Doors open at start, closed when the crowd leaves.
02 · Concerts & festivals

Time-limited Wi-Fi that scales with the event.

Music festivals, song contests, multi-day cultural events.

Festival and concert venues need a network that opens when the doors do, and closes the moment the load-out trucks leave. Sign In Event Access does exactly that: a scheduled window with a defined start and end. The captive portal accepts attendees during the window, with an optional check-in flow: terms, an attendee form, sponsor splash on the way in. Doors close automatically at end-time and every device drops. No leftover access, no manual cleanup, no forgotten temporary passwords.

  • Scheduled window. Pick start, pick end. The captive portal opens and closes on time.
  • Optional check-in flow. Terms, attendee form, sponsor splash on the way in.
  • Per-method redirect. Different landing pages for different login methods: agenda, signup, sponsor page, your call.
  • Auto-revoke at end-time. Every device drops, no cleanup ticket, no lingering access.
  • Live attendance and post-event report. Real-time device count and OS share during the show. Engagement timeline and attendee-form exports after.

03 · Retail & convenience

Guest Wi-Fi as a brand touchpoint and a marketing export.

A retail chain branded per concept, email-verified visitors feeding marketing exports.
03 · Retail & convenience

Guest Wi-Fi as a brand touchpoint and a marketing export.

Gas stations, c-stores, retail chains. Every visit on your splash, every email in your loyalty stack.

For a retail chain the captive portal is the only digital surface every customer sees, every visit. Sign In treats it that way. Email-verified login produces marketing-ready exports — opt-in email lists per period, segmented by domain, drop into your CRM or campaign tool. The portal is themed per chain, and per concept when a parent brand operates multiple store concepts. 802.1X for the POS terminals, kitchen tablets and back-office laptops runs through EntryPoint alongside the visitor portal.

  • Email-verified Sign In. Marketing-ready exports per period, segmented by domain.
  • Per-chain branding. A parent brand can run multiple store concepts with different splash designs.
  • Staff and POS on 802.1X via EntryPoint. Visitor Wi-Fi and operational Wi-Fi run side by side.
  • Whitelisting with Self-Service. Named owners add the new payment terminal — no ticket to chain IT.

04 · Exhibition halls & trade shows

Visitor Wi-Fi for the show floor. A private booth network for every exhibitor.

Exhibition hall — visitors on the show network, exhibitors on per-booth PSKs.
04 · Exhibition halls & trade shows

Visitor Wi-Fi for the show floor. A private booth network for every exhibitor.

Trade fairs, exhibition halls, multi-day conferences.

An exhibition hall runs two networks at the same event: the public visitor Wi-Fi everybody connects to in the aisles, and a private, encrypted Wi-Fi per exhibitor for the kit inside their booth. Sign In runs the visitor side via Click-to-Connect — one tap, on the show network. EasyPSK runs the exhibitor side with per-user PSKs: each exhibitor gets their own key, with isolation between booths. Demo laptops, payment terminals, signage screens, sales-rep phones all join the exhibitor's own key. Optional time-bound keys make them valid for the days of the show only.

  • Visitors via Sign In Click-to-Connect. Single tap onto the show network.
  • Per-exhibitor PSK via EasyPSK. Each booth gets its own key, isolated from every other exhibitor.
  • QR-code or Apple Wallet onboarding. Booth staff and demo gear scan and connect — no IT ticket on stand-up day.
  • Optional time-bound keys. Valid for the days of the show, auto-expire after.
  • Self-Service portal. Exhibitor sees every device joined under their key — admin sees every exhibitor.
  • Endpoint Manager for Cisco ISE shops. Hand per-booth Endpoint Identity Groups to exhibitors so they can add and remove their own IoT and OT devices — no ISE login required.
