Solution area · Hospitality & Co-Living

Smooth connectivity.
Built for hospitality.

Hotels, resorts and co-living don't have one access problem. They have four. One platform, four flows, delegated to the people who run the floor.

Audiences Guests · loyalty · VIP · long-stay · events · staff
Methods Captive portal · email · EasyPSK · Conference ID
Sign In runs on Any network · any vendor
EasyPSK Cisco Meraki · Catalyst 9800
The model

Five audiences. One Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Each gets the method that fits them.

A daily guest does not want a 12-step onboarding flow. A loyalty member should be recognised the moment they connect again. A VIP suite needs a network that actually feels private: devices that talk to each other, neighbours that don't. The conference team needs to onboard 400 people in five minutes. POS and signage stay segmented from all of it.

Pick the right method per audience. Webhooks from Sign In land identified guest events in your PMS or loyalty platform in real time, not in a nightly batch. EasyPSK runs the personal-network side on the same Cisco Wi-Fi you already operate. The front desk runs the front desk; the network runs itself.

Pick the right method per audience

Four flows.
Tuned to a working hotel, not an office.

Most properties end up using all four. Pick per audience, not per property.

01 · Guest Wi-Fi → Loyalty

Guest Wi-Fi that becomes a CRM event.

One tap to connect. A live event stream into your CRM.

Guests connect with their email, once. The Sign In captive portal renders in your hotel brand, asks for explicit consent for marketing and the loyalty programme, and verifies the address. Every session (first connect, returning visit, newsletter opt-in, mid-stay reconnect) fires a webhook into the PMS, CRM or loyalty platform. The marketing team sees identified, named guests. The network sees segmented, traceable sessions.

  • Email Self-Provisioning. Verified address, GDPR-correct consent.
  • Returning-visitor recognition. Same email maps to the same loyalty record.
  • Webhook event stream. Session Created, Verified, Resumed, Lease Granted.
  • Hotel-branded portal. Per-property logos, colours and copy.
  • Click-through redirect to your homepage, booking page or app.

02 · Suites, VIP & long-stay

A personal Wi-Fi for the suite, the VIP, the resident.

Their devices, their AirPlay, their Chromecast — only theirs.

EasyPSK turns one shared SSID into hundreds of isolated personal networks. Each suite gets its own pre-shared key, printed on the welcome card or sent via SMS. The guest's phone, laptop, smart TV, Chromecast and headphones land on the same private micro-segment. They can cast, AirPlay and stream as if they were home. The next guest gets a new key. Long-stay residents and co-living tenants get the same model: their own home Wi-Fi, on the building's infrastructure.

  • Per-unit pre-shared key on a single shared SSID.
  • Devices on the same key roam together. Chromecast, AirPlay, smart TV.
  • No device enrolment. Unlike iPSK, the guest just types the key and any device joins.
  • Optional time-based keys. Auto-expire at check-out, end of stay or any window you set.
  • Works on Cisco Meraki and Catalyst 9800. Same product, both fabrics.

03 · Events & conferences

Onboard 400 attendees in seconds, not minutes.

A Conference ID. Optional wizard. Auto-expires at close.

Conferences, banquets, weddings, sponsor activations. Temporary, high-density, branded. The conference owner generates a Conference ID and hands it to the audience on a slide, in the invite or from the lobby sign. Attendees connect in seconds, not minutes. Each ID has its own redirect: the sponsor's landing page, the agenda, the live polling tool. Need to capture attendee details? Flip on the optional sign-in wizard for name, organisation, email or phone. Pick the fields, mark them required or optional. The F&B team owns the ID; IT never gets the ticket.

Pattern A
Conference ID on the captive portal
  • Owner generates a Conference ID and distributes it on a slide, invite or sign.
  • Unique redirect per ID. Agenda, sponsor page, meeting platform.
  • Optional sign-in wizard for name, organisation, email or phone. Your choice.
  • Active window, visitor cap and per-attendee session length per ID.
  • Self-Service Portal. The conference team creates IDs without IT.
  • Per-event participants list and CSV export of wizard answers.
Pattern B EasyPSK
Group PSK for casting & device-to-device
  • One shared key across the event. Every attendee on one private network.
  • Devices discover each other. Perfect for AirPlay, casting, demos.
  • Auto-expires at event close — no manual key rotation.
  • Same SSID as the rest of the property — no extra broadcast.

04 · POS, signage & back-of-house

The operational fleet on its own iPSK group.

One key per device class. No certificates. No tickets.

POS terminals at the bar, key-card readers at every door, lobby tablets, digital signage in the conference foyer, smart-room controllers. The operational fleet that runs the property. EasyPSK gives each device class its own Identity-PSK group on the same shared SSID the rest of the property already broadcasts: a key for POS, a key for signage, a key for key-card readers, a key for room controllers. Each group lands in its own VLAN with its own ACLs. Property tech onboards their own gear from a Self-Service Portal scoped to one Group. No certificate roll-out, no ISE ticket, no waiting on central IT.

  • iPSK group per device class: POS, signage, key-card readers, room controllers.
  • Each class lands in its own VLAN with its own ACLs. Micro-segmented.
  • Property tech onboards from Self-Service — no central IT bottleneck.
  • Same SSID as the guest fabric — no extra broadcast, no roaming gaps.
  • Auto-rotation of keys per policy. Every change audited.

The artefact · EasyPSK

One key, every destination.
Hand it out at reception.

Top-tier loyalty members get their own personal Wi-Fi voucher, shaped like the door hanger they already know but pocket-sized. Scan the QR (or type the password printed underneath), and you're on your private network at every Aurora hotel for a full year. Same SSID. Same key. Same micro-segment.

  • WPA-encoded QR. Scan once, connected for a year.
  • One key, every Aurora hotel: Stockholm, Åre, Tromsø.
  • Reception revokes from the Self-Service Portal in one click.
  • Devices on the key see each other: Chromecast, AirPlay, AirPrint.

Beyond the hotel

Co-living runs on the same model.
Personal networks on a shared fabric.

Student housing, senior living, vacation parks, long-stay serviced apartments. All the variants of "many people sharing one Wi-Fi infrastructure". EasyPSK gives each resident their own home Wi-Fi feel, on the building's hardware. Self-Service so residents add their own devices. Property staff stay out of the loop on personal kit.

Student housing

Each resident gets their own personal network. Console, laptop, smart speaker, headphones, all on the same key and isolated from neighbours. Add the next semester's tenant in one click.

Senior living

Simple onboarding for guests and family. Personal devices stay on a private network, with no cross-resident exposure. Property staff manage the fleet, not residents' devices.

Long-stay & vacation rentals

Whole-stay roaming across the property. PSK rotates at check-out. Same model for cabins, holiday parks and serviced apartments: one platform, many footprints.

Delegated administration

The front desk runs the front desk.
The network runs itself.

Sign In and EasyPSK both expose Self-Service portals scoped to one Group. The conference team generates Conference IDs and flips on the wizard. Property tech adds their POS terminals to the right iPSK group. Marketing subscribes to the webhook event feed: Session Verified fires the loyalty workflow, Lease Granted lands a presence event in the PMS. IT stops being a queue.

Who does what
  • Reception / Concierge Welcomes guests · hands out the suite PSK at check-in
  • Loyalty / Marketing Owns the CRM · subscribes to the Sign In webhook stream
  • F&B / Conference team Issues their own event codes · no IT ticket
  • Property tech Whitelists POS, signage, key-card readers in Self-Service
  • IT / Group HQ Platform · Contexts · policy templates · audit
  • Guest Verifies their own email · ticks loyalty consent · done
