Introduction

Documentation & Service Description for Netgraph Connectivity Platform — cloud-native NAC/ZTNA built for guests, BYOD, and IoT.

Welcome to the Netgraph Connectivity Platform service description.

The Netgraph Connectivity Platform is a network access solution for employees, guests, visitors, and IoT devices. It integrates with the networks you already run, offers self-service options so your team spends less time on access administration, and gives you fine-grained control over who gets onto the network and how.

The platform has four Services. Pick the one you want to learn about — each has its own Introduction, Service Description, and License & Terms section in the sidebar.

  • New to the platform? Read this Introduction, then pick a Service above to dive into its overview.
  • Need the formal service description? See the Service Description: a page per service and per platform topic, covering scope, requirements, roles, security, support, and licensing.
  • Already running a specific Service? Jump straight to its Introduction in the sidebar.
  • Looking for contracts or licensing? See the License & Terms section under each Service, plus the cross-product documents in Get Started — Service Terms, Privacy Annex, and Privacy Data Sheet.

The platform is cloud-native and microservices-based, actively distributed across three Availability Zones for horizontal scaling, fault tolerance, and high availability by design. There are no inherent limits on geographic expansion, number of users, or capacity utilization. Each Service can be deployed independently or in combination, sharing the same administration portal, audit logging, self-service portal, and multi-language UI.
