SaaS Delivery Option

The Netgraph Connectivity Platform is delivered as standard in a public cloud service (Amazon Web Services) under strict delivery methods and with high security based on GDPR and EU requirements for information security.

As an additional service, the platform can be delivered as Nordic Sovereign Cloud — data hosted in Sweden with only Swedish-owned companies as partners, in accordance with recommendations for Swedish Public Administration and Swedish Government Agencies.

Module Licensing

EntryPoint is licensed per active endpoint RADIUS session, where an endpoint is defined as a unique MAC address that authenticates via RADIUS. Each endpoint consuming RADIUS authentication counts toward the license, regardless of which authentication method is used.

Session counting — Time-to-Live (TTL)

Each licensed RADIUS session is valid for a defined period:

• The default TTL is 24 hours from the time of authentication.
• The TTL can be longer than 24 hours if the RADIUS infrastructure supplies extended session lifetimes (e.g. Session-Timeout in the Access-Accept).
• The minimum TTL is always 24 hours, regardless of shorter session values configured elsewhere. This ensures each license remains valid for at least one full day.

This approach gives predictable and fair license counting in complex network environments where sessions may be reused or extended.

Note: For compliance with the licensing terms, the RADIUS Accounting Interim Interval must be configured to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Minimum purchase and scaling

• Minimum purchase is 100 endpoints to get started.
• Additional endpoints can be added flexibly at any time.
• Pricing follows a volume-discount model: the per-endpoint price drops as the licensed count grows.

Billing and contract options

• Licenses are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Long-term contracts receive additional discounts; rolling monthly subscriptions are also available.

Global license — no service-specific restrictions

• A single license applies across all EntryPoint authentication methods. 802.1X, iPSK, MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB), and EasyPSK via RADIUS (the EntryPoint 2.0 (EasyPSK) context) all share the same pool of licensed endpoints. Running EasyPSK via RADIUS inside EntryPoint draws on this endpoint pool instead of per-Unit EasyPSK licenses.
• No additional licensing is required for compliance checks against Microsoft Intune or similar integrations.

Multi-Context and user management

• Each tenant can create up to five Contexts, each operating as an independent RADIUS service for different networks.
• No limit on the number of groups, Self-Service Users or Context assignments, allowing flexible network segmentation.
