Cloud DNS License & Terms

1. License type

Cloud DNS is offered as an add-on license to Netgraph Sign In Enterprise. It is not a standalone product and cannot be licensed on its own.

2. License scope

• The license is independent of the number of connected clients.
• The license is not based on DNS query volume.
• There are no per-user or per-session charges for this add-on.
• The category catalogue is included. Categories are curated and kept current by Netgraph, and there is no separate charge per category or for the number of categories a policy uses.

3. SLA alignment

The Cloud DNS add-on inherits the SLA level of the customer’s primary Sign In Enterprise license. No separate SLA tier applies to the add-on.

4. Requirements

• An active Sign In Enterprise subscription.
• A functional integration through a Netgraph-supported Service Gateway.
• The network’s DNS routed to Cloud DNS.
