Cloud DNS License & Terms
1. License type
Section titled “1. License type”Cloud DNS is offered as an add-on license to Netgraph Sign In Enterprise. It is not a standalone product and cannot be licensed on its own.

2. License scope
Section titled “2. License scope”- The license is independent of the number of connected clients.
- The license is not based on DNS query volume.
- There are no per-user or per-session charges for this add-on.
3. SLA alignment
Section titled “3. SLA alignment”The Cloud DNS add-on inherits the SLA level of the customer’s primary Sign In Enterprise license. No separate SLA tier applies to the add-on.
4. Requirements
Section titled “4. Requirements”- An active Sign In Enterprise subscription.
- A functional integration through a Netgraph-supported Service Gateway.
- The network’s DNS routed to Cloud DNS.
