Architecture and Service Delivery

The Netgraph Connectivity Platform is delivered as a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS. There are no appliances to install and no platform software for the customer to operate. Each service can be taken on its own or in combination, and all services share one administrative foundation.

The platform is built from independently scalable services and is actively distributed across three availability zones for horizontal scaling, fault tolerance, and high availability by design. There are no inherent limits on geographic expansion, number of users, or capacity utilization. Specific availability targets and recovery objectives are set in the applicable agreement; see Support and Responsibility Allocation.

The platform is offered in two delivery options, selected per organization:

  • Global Cloud. Hosted in secure, highly available EU data centers, with standard GDPR compliance.
  • Nordic Sovereign Cloud. Data hosted in Sweden, using only Swedish-owned companies as sub-processors, in line with recommendations for Swedish public administration and government agencies.

Both options deliver the same platform capabilities. The choice affects where data is stored and which sub-processors are involved.

Data residency follows the delivery option chosen. Sub-processor information is available on request and every sub-processor is contractually bound to equivalent security obligations. The data protection details, including the categories of data and the sub-processors involved, are set out in the Privacy Annex and the Privacy Data Sheet.

The platform is consumed as a service. Customers pay for the services they license rather than for infrastructure they run, and Netgraph operates, monitors, patches, and backs up the platform as part of normal operations. The reach into the customer network is achieved through standard integrations rather than on-premises platform components; see Integrations and Network Requirements.
