The booking is one contact
A family books one apartment for a ski week. One email lands in the system: the person who paid. The other guests sharing the same apartment stay invisible, stay after stay, year after year.
Netgraph Sign In has run the Free Guest WiFi at Holiday Club Åre for more than ten years: verified email sign-in for every guest in every room and apartment, and Self-Service registration for the consoles and speakers guests bring along. All of it on the resort's Cisco network.
Holiday Club Åre sits at Åre Strand, a footbridge away from the train station: hotel, apartments, a 550 m² water world, spa, restaurants and conference floors under one roof, busy in ski season and summer alike. The Wi-Fi has to welcome everyone who walks in, not just the name on the reservation.

Ski weeks, Easter, World Cup crowds in the village. Change-over Saturday fills the resort in an afternoon and guest traffic climbs to between 500 and 1,000 Mbps. Every arrival has to get online in the lobby, not in a queue.
A week's stay comes with luggage: a PlayStation for the kids, a Sonos speaker for the balcony, sometimes a whole smart TV. None of them can render a captive portal, and all of them are expected to work.
Holiday Club Åre runs Netgraph Sign In with self-provision via email: a branded Free Guest WiFi portal in the resort's own look, in Swedish and English. The guest enters an email address, confirms it from the inbox, and is online. Each verified address becomes a real, consented contact in the resort's register.
The branded Holiday Club Åre portal opens: one email field, terms, connect.
A verification email arrives. One click within ten minutes confirms the address.
The session follows policy for the length of the visit. Next guest, same three steps.
The reservation system knows one person per stay. The Wi-Fi meets all of them. When each guest signs in with their own email address, a family holiday that used to be a single contact becomes four verified, consented ones: the people who actually swam, bowled and skied, not just the one who paid. Over ten years, that is a register no booking engine could have built.
Opt-in lists and session data export marketing-ready from the platform, per period and per consent, for the resort's own campaign and loyalty tools.
Guests renting an apartment for the week arrive with more than phones. Netgraph Self-Service lets them register screenless devices themselves: add the MAC address, name the device, done. The console is online for the evening, and nobody had to queue at reception to ask.
The PlayStation travels with the family. Registered once on arrival evening, online for the whole week.
A Sonos on the balcony, a soundbar by the TV. Added by MAC address in a minute, no call to reception.
Streaming sticks and TVs brought from home get on the network the same way the phone did: by their owner.
If it has a MAC address, the guest can register it. The portal never becomes the obstacle to the holiday.
One guest network carries the whole visit. The same verified sign-in that greeted the guest at check-in follows them through the resort, every day of the stay, every season of the year.
From check-in to check-out, hotel guests and apartment renters land on the same branded guest network with the same email sign-in.
550 m² of pools, hot tubs and waterfalls, plus the spa and the gym. Phones follow their owners everywhere, and so does the Wi-Fi.
Dinner at Eatery, match night and bowling at O'Learys. Guest Wi-Fi carries the evening as reliably as the morning.
Meeting groups arrive by the footbridge from Åre station and are online before the coffee. Conference Wi-Fi rides the same platform.
