MSP Portal
Partners operate the platform through their own set of portals, separate from the customer-facing Administration and Self-Service portals. These are where a partner sells the platform, provisions and manages its customer organizations, and tracks usage and support. This page describes the partner-facing surfaces so the partner model is clear in a procurement or contractual context.

- Provision services into a customer organization.
- Monitor license utilization and consumption across its customers.
- Consolidate and manage support cases raised by its customers, in line with the support model.
Partner Portal
Section titled “Partner Portal”The Partner Portal is available to all partners. It is the commercial surface for the partnership: placing and tracking orders, viewing license utilization, and raising partner support requests. Managed partners use both the Partner Portal and the Managed Service Portal; license partners use the Partner Portal.
Status Page
Section titled “Status Page”A public Status Page shows the platform’s current operational status and uptime. It is open to partners and customers alike and requires no sign-in.
How these relate to the other portals
Section titled “How these relate to the other portals”The platform has three audiences, each with its own portal surface:
| Portal | Audience |
|---|---|
| Administration Portal | An organization’s administrators |
| Self-Service Portal | Delegated end users within a service context |
| Managed Service Portal and Partner Portal | Netgraph partners |
The MSP Portal is a partner-facing interface, not a separate product. The licensed services remain Sign In, EntryPoint, EasyPSK, and Endpoint Manager.
