Sign-in method · Conference & Group ID

One code.
Hundreds of attendees.

A group-code sign-in built for meetings, conferences, and recurring rooms. Organizers create their own ID, attendees self-onboard with a single code, and an optional attendee form turns Wi-Fi sign-in into a verified attendance list — exportable as CSV when the event closes.

What's broken today

The reception desk doesn't scale to 400 people

Big groups arriving at once is a special kind of pain. A queue forms at reception. Wi-Fi passwords get shouted across the lobby. Half the audience misses the keynote opening.

One desk, hundreds of people

Manual onboarding doesn't fit a 9 AM coffee break. Half the room never gets the password.

The shared password leaks

Once it's announced from the stage it lives forever — in tweets, email threads, and slack channels you don't control.

No idea who actually attended

"How many of the people on Wi-Fi were really registered?" is unanswerable. Marketing gets nothing back.

Cleanup never happens

The temporary password becomes the permanent password. The "one-day" SSID is still alive next quarter.

The sign-in flow

Three steps from arrival to seat

01

Pick "Attending a conference?"

Attendees switch to the Conference tab and type the code distributed by the organizer.

02

Optional attendee form

If enabled, attendees fill in name, email, phone. Each submission bound to the session.

03

Land on the event page

Auto-redirect to the per-conference URL — agenda, sponsor splash, Slack invite, learning portal.

See everything that matters

Per-event reporting that turns Wi-Fi data into attendance data.

Organizers run their own events. Live participant lists, capacity views, and per-AP heat-maps — all from a self-service interface.

01

Who joined per event

Names, emails, and phones from the attendee form — bound to each session, exportable as CSV.

02

When peak load hit

Concurrent device counts over time. Plan capacity for the next venue or event.

03

What devices showed up

Phone vs laptop split, OS share. Useful for planning bandwidth and sponsor content.

04

Where they connected

Per-AP attendance. Spot the rooms that fill up — and the ones that don't — for next year's planning.

05

Auto-revoke at event end

The ID stops working when the event closes. No leftover access lingering on the network.

06

CSV export for marketing

Attendee email lists, with consent, for follow-up campaigns. Real ROI from the event Wi-Fi.

Where it fits

Anywhere a group arrives at once

01

Conferences & trade shows

One ID for the whole event. Hundreds of devices, zero reception queue, full attendance list.

02

Schools & training

Per-class IDs that auto-expire. Recurring schedule, reusable templates, attendance built in.

03

Boardrooms & meeting rooms

Recurring rooms reopen the same ID per session. Attendee form scopes the data per booking.

04

Member events

Quick onboarding for member-only events without provisioning per attendee — but with verified attendance.
