Netgraph Status on your phone or computer

The status page works as an app: one tap to check whether it is us or your own network, notifications when something happens, and the last known status even when you are offline. Nothing to download from an app store; you install it straight from the browser in a few seconds.

iPhone and iPad

Safari · iOS 16.4 or later

  1. Open netgraph-connect.com/status in Safari. Other browsers on iPhone and iPad cannot install apps.
  2. Tap Share (the square with an arrow), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  3. Open Netgraph Status from your home screen, tap Notifications and turn them on.

On iPhone and iPad, notifications only work from the installed app, not from a Safari tab.

Android

Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet

  1. Open netgraph-connect.com/status.
  2. Tap Get updates, then App, then Install app. If the button is not there yet, open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open the app and turn on notifications under Notifications.

Windows, Linux and Chromebook

Chrome or Edge

  1. Open netgraph-connect.com/status.
  2. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install Netgraph Status. In Edge it is under Apps, then Install this site as an app.
  3. The app opens in its own window. Click Notifications and turn them on.

If nothing shows up on Windows, check that your browser may send notifications under Settings, System, Notifications.

Mac

Chrome, Edge or Safari 17

  1. Chrome and Edge: click the install icon in the address bar, or choose Install Netgraph Status in the browser menu.
  2. Safari (macOS Sonoma or later): choose File, then Add to Dock.
  3. Open the app and turn on notifications. When macOS asks whether the app may send notifications, choose Allow. You can change this later under System Settings, Notifications.

Notifications without installing

On a computer you can also turn on notifications straight from the browser tab: open Get updates, choose Notifications and flip the switch. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari 16.1 or later support this. On iPhone and iPad the app is required.

What you will be notified about

Incidents when they open, are updated and are resolved; maintenance windows when they are scheduled and when they start; and changes to a data center's overall status. Choose Global Cloud, Nordic Sovereign Cloud or both.

Turning it off

Flip the switch off under Notifications, or remove the app. On iPhone and iPad, removing the app also removes its notifications.
